Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Exchange can be requested within 15 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Customers may request a refund within 7 working days of purchase, provided the product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all tags and the original sale invoice attached.

  • No exchange or refund will be processed without the original invoice.

  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or claims.

Warranty & Product Claims

  • We offer a 1-year free service warranty on all footwear in case of any manufacturing fault .

  • Sale or promotional items do not come with any warranty.

  • All claim or repair processes require 15 working days.

Refund Procedure & Charges

  • Our refund process typically takes 5 to 10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If a customer cancels an order without a valid reason after completing payment, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied.

  • A shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the customer once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

  • Within Pakistan: 3 to 7 working days

  • International Deliveries: 10 to 15 working days
