7-Day Refund and Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Youro Shoes offers a 7-day return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange your shoes within 7 days of receiving your order—whether the size isn’t right or you simply changed your mind. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Conditions for Return and Exchange

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with the invoice attached.

Used, damaged, or worn shoes are not eligible for refund or exchange.

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.

A Return and Exchange Form must be filled before sending the item back.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Refunds will be made to the same bank account used during purchase.

Refunds take up to 7 working days after the product is received.

No refunds on sale items with a discount of more than 20 percent.

PKR 300 will be deducted from the refund to cover courier and delivery charges.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made for a different size or item within 7 days.

Delivery charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added separately.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Product
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please fill out the Return and Exchange Form and send it back to Youro Shoes. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please note that:

Shoes that are used or damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Delivery charges will apply for both refunds and exchanges.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
If your parcel is returned to Youro Shoes due to incorrect address, unavailability, or customer negligence, your account may be placed on hold. For future orders, advance payment may be required.
